Challenge: Royl Properties, a new entrant in the real estate market, needed a logo that would establish their brand identity and set them apart from competitors. The logo had to convey a sense of luxury, reliability, and professionalism, appealing to high-end clients while being versatile enough for various marketing materials.
Design Process: we began with a detailed discussion with the Royl Properties team to understand their vision, target audience, and brand values. They emphasized the importance of a logo that exudes luxury and professionalism.
We analyzed competitor logos in the real estate sector to identify trends and gaps. Then, we compiled a mood board with color palettes, typography styles, and visual elements that align with the brand’s identity.
Based on the insights gathered, we created several rough sketches. These initial concepts were rendered digitally. We presented three distinct concepts to the Royl Properties team, gathering their feedback on each design. Based on client feedback, we refined the chosen concept.
Delivery: the final logo was delivered in various formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG, EPS) to ensure it could be used across all marketing materials, from business cards to billboards.
